How to apply

Please fill in the following application form and bring or send it to the Users Office. Check your PC's MAC address(physical address of your local area network interface) to complete the form. The registration is valid until the end of next March. You need to apply every fiscal year.

If you have any trouble, please contact the Operation General (ext.5770). Business hour of Operation General is from 9:00 to 17:00 of weekday.
In case of Network problem,Net Support will receive.

Notes

You need to bring your own lap top.
You need to confirm MAC Address. KEK will not support MAC Address search.
In case a trouble of security,we may ask you to stop or limit your use immediately.
