PHS (Personal Handyphone system) can be provided for residents of the Dormitory.
  1. Application of lending PHS
    Please hand the application form to the Users Office. The form can be obtained here
    ( PDF 32KB , WORD 23KB ) .

  2. Notes
    • Calling outsite: not available.
    • Receiving a call from outside: available.
      How to reach the PHS from outside

      029-864-5200 -> message -> XXXX (PHS number: 4 digits)

    • Duration of lending: in between check-in and check-out date
    • Returning: Please return the PHS to the Users Office.
    • Users Office is opening from 9:00 to 17:00 of weekday. Weekend and National Holiday is closed.
      If you can not return during Users Office's opening hour, please return into the Phone Return Box at superintendent's office in the Dormitory.
    • Sublease to the third party is strictly prohibited.
    • In case you broke the PHS on purpose, we will charge you the cost of repair or purchase.
