1 Cannot login although initial password is correct.
  Try again considering the points below.

1. Please confirm the initial password you got from User Support System when your User      Registration was completed.
2. Fill in the initial password, letter by letter, paying attention to capital or small letters.
3. When using copy and paste functions, check one letter lost or unnecessary  space inserted.
4. When you use Macintosh, FireFox is recommended as browser.
5. Initial password needs to be changed within 48 hours or it will expire.

The initial password will expire in 48 hours after issued.

Therefore, check your mail box frequently for confirmation mail of User Registration Approval that contains initial password.
If 48 hours have passed, please contact Users Office by mail or phone, so another
initial password will be re-issued.

Your password shall be no shorter than 8 and no longer than 16 letters/ numbers/ marks combinations.

When you tried all above, and still have problems to login, please contact Users Office.

2 Never received mail with ID and password.
 

Our Approval process of your User Registration usually takes 3 working days, but in some case we might wait confirmation from your Spokesperson.
Please contact Users Office by phone, if urgent.

It may happen that our mails on ID and password are recognised as spam by your mail software. Please check the spam mail box.

3 I forgot my password.
 

We can re-issue your password, so please contact Users Office by mail or phone, if necessary. Another initial password will be sent to you from our system.

Please change the initial password within 48 hours after arrival, or it will expire.

4 What to do when Registration was rejected ?
  Reason of Rejection is written in the returned mail. Please read it carefully.
You may need to redo your User Registration from the beginning.

In case you would like to get more detailed explanation concerning Reason of Rejection, please contact Users Office by mail or phone.

5 What to do when registered information was mistaken or need to be changed ?
  When you noticed a mistake or necessary changes, you can submit a request of  the change in your portal site.
6 Cannot make User Registration using Macintosh.
  For Macintosh machine, we recommend FireFox as a browser.
You can use a Windows PC located in the common building on the 1st floor of the dormitory.
7 I do not know my Contact Person.
 

Contact Person is required for those Users planning to stay at the Apartment.

Otherwise, you can leave this space blank.

8 Does Project No. need to be specified (* ) correctly?
 

In case you know the Project No. , please fill it in.

Almost all projects will apper in pull- down menu of the corresponding categories in the registration process.

For other cases, please ask KEK staff in charge who contacted you upon the projects.

9 I would like to change a language for mail communication.
  You may choose Japanese or English for communication.

Laungage is set to English, if your Registration was made in English.

Contact Users Office for changes.
